If you cancel or modify post the cancellation period's expiration or fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night. This hotel is 100% non-smoking. Reservations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date will not incur if cancellation is done within 24 hours of booking.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of any kind of money, jewelry, or valuables. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. The guest acknowledges that smoking is prohibited in the guest room or the hotel facility. Suppose anyone in the guest's party smokes or vapes in the guest room, in that case the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount of $250.00 per day to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a $250 security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged if the damages outlined herein occur.
